Adelaide Fringe - If you can plan a visit during the fringe then do!! Loads of music, bands, beer, comedy and a ferris wheel!
Gouger Street - for meals out this has to be the best place to eat asian
Mount Lofty Summit - for the energetic there is a great walk to Mount Lofty summit, it takes longer than you think so take food! Great for the butt though! I saw a koala hanging out in a tree by the road here
Hanhndorf - great day trip. I went with an old french lady so we drank wine but I would recommend getting a giant pint of beer at one of the many pubs and sitting in the sun
My other most fun part of living in Adelaide was my time spent with the locals - dinner at friends, pizza with the girls and nights in Mars Bar! Also time spent in the Adelaide Hills helping my friend build a straw bale house! It was one of the most memorable times of my life and I will never forget what a fantastic place Adelaide is.
