If heading down to Bondi Beach for an evening picnic, there are a load of takeaway restaurants up the hill from the beach where i'd recommend to grab your food.

@paco I spent New Years in Port Douglas...love this place bcz there is just the main street, loads of bars and restaurants and a great vibe...highly recommended!
@chrisbaldock Sit back and watch the world (and other travellers) go by from Rattle and Hum's bar on the Esplanade...pretty sure they do a happy hour in the afternoon...
