Salar de Uyeni & San Pedro de AtacamaJul 15, 2007
Salar de Uyeni is a magnificent salt plain in Bolivia, the largest in the world, in fact, and covers 12 000 sq km.  The trip started in Uyeni, and 6 of us squeezed into a Land Rover with Simon, our driver, and Elena, our cook, for a 3-day adventure. Just outside of La Paz, I biked down the  Worldīs Most Dangerous Road, AND SURVIVED!!!!
