On 14 November we went to Shepherds Bush, Loftus Road Stadium to watch the Socceroos take on Ghana. The first goal sent the Aussies into a Frenzy, but that didn't stop the opposition. End result was 1-1 much to the dissapointment of all thte Aussies there. But, we managed to have a great time, albeit with a sore throat at the end of the night!!!

We went to Manchester on 4 November for the weekend to watch Manchester United play Portsmouth in an English Premier League match. Brussels and Bruges were amazing. The historical centre of Brussels is just beautiful. The gothic style of many of the buildings, the architecture, and the beer are all equally as fab.
