Galway Highlights (Edit)

Looking for a cruizzzzy Sunday in Galway - check out the following:
12:45pm - The "Spanish Arch" pub on Quay Street has a resident Jazz Band that plays until 2pm every Sunday.  Great old groovers playing some super stuff.  The bar serves a decent pint and has good meals for around 10 euro.  Busker Browns pub around the corner has a similar Sunday session at the same time.

2pm - Take a stroll around, pick a spot for dinner and make a booking.  There are plenty of good options onthe pedestrian only Quay street, and this is the place to be.

10pm - The Quays pub, again on Quay street, has a resident band, "The Glass Onions" the belt out a lively, non-stop set of Dylan, Elvis and plenty of other good rock.

LATE - There is a nightclub upstairs from the Quays, but the best bet is Roisin Dubh across the river - always great live bands or DJ's.
SLEEP - Sleepzone and Barnacles are the best 2 Hostels in town.  Both are clean and secure.  Barnacles is right opposite The Quays on Quay street, so is very hand but a bit noisy.  Sleepzone is only a 5 minute walk.  Free internet!  Either way you will be happy.
