If you are wanting to do a trip of Turkey then we would well recommend The Fez 15 day Brigadier tour. It gave us enough time to really find out what Turkey was all about and wasn't rushed like other tours. It was well priced and there were additional extras for people that wanted the extra experiences such as hot air ballooning over the fairy houses and the turkish baths. It starts and finishes in Istanbul therefore you can be flexible for a day or two before and after the trip. It includes an amazing stop in Galipoli for ANZAC Dawn Service. Well worth it, it's still one of our favourite countries. The benefit of this tour over other ANZAC day tours is that it left ANZAC Day to the end of the tour therefore you weren't with strangers on such an emotional day. A good tip.
