If you want to see Italy in between other countries, or only have a short bit of time to go to Italy, and are on a tight budget, this tour is for you. If you have a longer time to spend in Italy, you may want to begin your journey with this tour, just to aquaint yourself with some of the culture. Tour guide (at least mine) was extremely friendly and helpful. Accomodations are average, I reccommend upgrading to at least the camper. Southern Italy is beautiful, and this tour takes you to some of the most beautiful places there. You will fall in love with Southern Italy, and not want to leave!
I loved how the trip was organized, by that I mean we had activites that we did as a group but also time that we could have to ourself.
The Italian Adventure was a great way to get a snap shot of Southern Italy. I definately found those little spots that I would love to come back to one day. Our guide was fantastic, she knew all the history of the area and had great little facts along the way to keep us entertained. Accommodation was average but met all requirements and there was an upgrade available. When you head over to Capris...definately hire a cabriolet taxi coming back down, the ride & the music were great as was the scenery.
I highly recommend the Southern Italy 3 day tour. (And prob the 5 day one as the more time the better!) It covers so many amazing sites of Italy, esp the world heritage site of Pompeii. Well worth the money!
This was a last minute trip choosen more because I wanted to see a little of Italy and this was the only tour that fit in my time off. I was totally blown away by the experience and this actually turned out to be the best of over 7 tours I took while living in the UK. The only other one that came anywhere close was of the beaches of Normandy.

If (like me) you are short for time, then this trip is a must to be included! I had never been to Europe before, and based in England (with no money) I wanted to meet up with my friends who were on their O.E, and get a 'taste' of Europe. On this adventure I experienced so much in such a short time - I felt like I had been travelling for longer - in a good way! Highlights included the detailed tour of Pompeii, the day in Capri, and of course the people you meet! There was a real 'group' spirit, which made the 3rd night BBQ all the more memorable. Well - at least the hangover was anyway! I woke up the next day with email addresses written all over my arm, and memories of my best travel experience so far. I definately have the taste of travel now, and recommend Busabout to everyone - particularly the Italian Adventure for a combination of value for time/money.
