We define an activity operator to be a business with trips of 1 day or less.

Step 1 Create a free business profile in our Travel Platform.

Step 2 Add your listings. Each listing you add is automatically included in our Travel Platform and instantly added into our Activity Search Engine (see Step 5), Facebook application and Recommendation Widgets.

You choose for each listing the link to the specific landing page on your web site (so travellers can book direct with you).

All listings are self managed from your business profile created in
step 1 and if you can use Hotmail or Facebook you will find the bugbitten.com business profile just as easy to use. This means your marketing team can finally regain control of the updating of information from your IT team and they can finally focus on your IT needs.

Step 3 Capture recommendations from your customers on your website using our free widget. We moderate all submissions on your behalf to ensure only positive and neutral recommendations are included.

Step 4 Display recommendations on your website using another free widget to ensure visitors to your site see what other travellers have said on an independent platform (not just what your marketing team have created!)

The installation of the capture and display widgets should take your IT team no more than 15 minutes.

Step 5 Advertise your activity listings in our Activity Search Engine. The ranking of the search results are based on the number of recommendations written by your past customers. This means your marketing team, not your IT team, are empowered with the ability to improve the ranking of your activities in the search results.

Step 6 View statistics about each listings from your business profile you established in step 1.

All this is accessible via any standard internet enabled PC which means there is nothing to download or install.
