What to expect
Expect a mix of guided group sightseeing and free time to wander. Days alternate between coach travel, boat trips, and walking tours. Mornings start early (hotel breakfasts included); lunches and dinners are arranged at local restaurants, not tourist traps. Accommodation is mid-range comfortable with air conditioning. The pace is steady rather than rushed, leaving afternoons to rest or explore on your own. Transport between cities happens by vehicle; you won't be doing the driving. Some sites involve light walking and stairs (temples, tunnels). The Mekong day involves boats and a small-group vibe.
Good to know
Book internal flights separately—they're not included. Sort your Vietnam visa in advance. Travel insurance highly recommended. Tips aren't included in the cost. Bring light, breathable clothes and decent shoes for walking. Two water bottles daily are provided; extra drinks and snacks are your expense.
