What to expect
Day one covers theory and confined-water drills where you'll master essential skills before facing the open sea. Days two and three involve progressively deeper ocean dives as your confidence builds. Expect detailed pre-dive briefings, hands-on guidance underwater, and plenty of time to get comfortable with your gear. Your instructor stays with you throughout, demonstrating techniques and monitoring your progress. The pace is deliberate—this isn't a race. You'll surface between dives to debrief and ask questions.
