About this tour
Suspended in fabric hammocks above the ground in Maspalomas, you'll spend 90 minutes defying gravity whilst your body stretches, strengthens and realigns. Aerial yoga combines inversion with controlled movement, releasing tension from your spine and joints whilst boosting mood through natural endorphin release. It's a full-body workout that feels more like play than exercise, leaving you genuinely lighter.
Highlights
- Hang freely to decompress and lengthen your spine
- Build strength and flexibility working against gravity
- Natural endorphin rush without high-impact strain
- Suitable for all fitness levels and body types
- Mats and hammocks supplied
What to expect
You'll arrive at the studio and be fitted into a fabric hammock secured to the ceiling. The instructor guides you through a series of supported inversions, stretches and suspensions—some upside-down, some semi-inverted. Your weight is held by the fabric, not your joints, which means your spine can truly decompress. Expect to feel lighter, looser and oddly energised by the end. It's not acrobatic; the movements are measured and meditative, with plenty of instruction. Even if you're inflexible or recovering from injury, the hammock does the heavy lifting.
Good to know
Wear comfortable, breathable clothing you don't mind being upside-down in. Avoid eating a large meal beforehand. Public transport serves the area. Not suitable if pregnant, or if you have high blood pressure or glaucoma. Gratuities not included.
