What to expect
You'll be fitted with a large transparent helmet tethered to surface oxygen supply, then guided down a gentle slope into warm, calm waters. The seabed sits around 5–7 metres deep. Walking is slow and meditative—no swimming involved. Fish approach readily, especially during feeding moments. Visibility is typically excellent, revealing intricate coral structures and schools of tropical species. The whole experience lasts roughly 30 minutes in the water. Afterwards, rinse off in the shower facilities and dry your gear before heading back.
Good to know
Not suitable for pregnant travellers, those with spinal injuries, or poor cardiovascular health. All fitness levels welcome otherwise. Lunch not included. Bring minimal underwater—the helmet and suit handle everything. Expect warm tropical water and mild currents. Photography available separately.
