Over four hours, you'll learn to prepare traditional regional dishes alongside your hosts—a multigenerational family who've farmed this land for years. The experience weaves in their vineyard, cellar, and working farm before sitting down to eat what you've made, paired with their own wine.

What to expect

You'll arrive at the villa and be shown around the sprawling property—past flowering terraces, through the vineyard rows, down into the cool cellars. The family will walk you to the garden to select what's ripe, explaining which plants thrive in this microclimate. Back in the kitchen, they'll demonstrate techniques whilst you chop, mix, and cook alongside them. Expect some Italian, some gestures, lots of tasting. After a couple of hours' work, you'll sit together at a proper table and eat your own dinner with wine poured from their own bottles.

Good to know

Four hours includes transport, touring, cooking, and eating. Bring comfortable shoes for garden and cellar walking. Infant seats and prams welcome. Public transport to the villa is possible if you prefer.
