What to expect
You'll spend two days learning the technical side of deep diving, starting with classroom briefings on physiology, gas management, and decompression procedures. Once in the water, your instructor will walk you through controlled descents, monitoring your technique and confidence. Expect time spent on safety checks, fin work at depth, and practising ascent procedures using your dive computer. Between dives, there's downtime to decompress and review what you've learned. Good to know
