What to expect
You'll be collected and driven to your chosen slope, where an instructor assesses your level and spends the day coaching you through runs suited to your ability. Between descents, take a break—the rhythm is entirely yours. Once you've had enough snow, head to a nearby onsen for a proper soak to ease tired muscles. The whole day runs 6–8 hours depending on conditions and how many runs you manage. Bring your own jacket and gloves; everything else is either rented or included.
Good to know
Equipment rental costs extra if you need it. Bring waterproof gloves and a ski jacket, or factor those into your budget. Public transport links exist nearby if you prefer self-directed access. Unsuitable for spinal injuries, pregnancy, or serious cardiovascular conditions.
