What to expect
After a brief warm-up ride near the office, you'll head out on a sturdy single-gear bike through flat farmland and small hamlets. The pace is leisurely—expect frequent stops to chat with farmers, wade into gardens, and take photos. You'll pedal past active shrimp ponds and flooded rice fields where water buffalo graze. The highlight is gliding through the flooded coconut forest in a woven basket boat, oars in hand, trying your luck with a fishing rod. The ride finishes at a restaurant where you'll eat family-style with other tour members.
