What to expect

This isn't a performance. You'll arrive in Aritzo and move through the village on foot with a guide, stopping to chat with residents about their routines and what they reckon keeps them going. You'll then head into a kitchen to learn pasta making hands-on—expect flour under your fingernails and some gentle ribbing if your shapes aren't perfect. A brief wood carving session follows. Mid-morning, the village museum gives context to what you're seeing. Lunch brings everything together: you eat the pasta you made, complemented by local wine and produce. The pace is deliberate and social. Wear smart casual clothes; bring comfortable shoes.
