What to expect
After being fitted with a safety harness and ninja outfit, you'll work through basic aerial movements on a controlled set. The team walks you through each stunt—nothing improvised, all choreographed for safety. Cameras roll continuously as you perform your sequence. Expect to feel the harness support your weight as you move through the air; it's less about strength and more about following direction. After wrapping, the crew edits your raw footage into a polished 5–10 minute film, usually ready within a few days. Bring comfortable clothes beneath the costume; you'll be changing several times.
Good to know
Height minimum 95 cm. Those over 100 kg should email measurements beforehand—harness sizes are limited. Not suitable if you're pregnant, have spinal issues, heart conditions or severe fear of heights. Avoid skirts. The experience suits various fitness levels. Public transport access available nearby.
