What to expect
Day one covers Open Water fundamentals—you'll start in confined water getting comfortable with gear and basic skills, then move to two open-water dives where you apply what you've learned. Days two through four jump into Advanced training. You'll pick which Adventure Dives appeal to you (navigation, deep diving, etc.), and your instructor will tailor the path accordingly. Expect five dives total across the course. You'll be in the water most days, working systematically through skills and building the muscle memory that separates nervous divers from relaxed ones. The pace is tight but achievable if you're fit and focused.

Minimum age is 12. Not suitable if you have spinal injuries, heart conditions, or pregnancy. You need moderate fitness.
