What to expect
Expect a practical blend of classroom prep and water time. You'll review dive theory online before arriving, then spend your first day doing the two core dives that teach buoyancy control and navigation at depth. On day two, you'll select three electives—perhaps deep diving, wreck exploration, or photography—and execute those dives based on your interests and the local conditions. Your guide manages safety and pacing throughout. Breaks between dives let you rest and reflect.
Good to know
