Spend nine hours exploring two of Vietnam's most dramatic cave systems on this action-heavy day trip. You'll harness-zip over turquoise water, swim into Dark Cave's entrance wearing a life jacket, navigate passages lit only by your headlamp, and wallow in the cave's buoyant mud chamber. The centrepiece is Paradise Cave, Asia's longest dry cavern, a cathedral-like formation of stalactites and stalagmites that opened to visitors in 2010. Small groups travel by buggy and air-conditioned vehicle with an experienced guide, lunch and all gear included.

Expect a physical day that mixes thrill with geology. You'll start with the zipline over river water, then suit up for a cave swim. The Dark Cave portion demands you leave daylight behind—your headlamp becomes your only sight. The mud bath sits deep in the cave; it's genuinely buoyant and surreal. Afterwards, you shift pace to explore Paradise Cave on foot, where the scale of naturally carved chambers becomes apparent. Lunch breaks the day. You'll be wet, muddy, and tired by finish. Good to know

Pack swimwear and a towel. A 50,000 VND locker deposit (refunded on return) secures your belongings. Weight limits for zipline are strict: 40–90 kg. Those outside this range kayak to the cave mouth instead. Minimum 1 m height for mud bath entry; under 1.3 m not advised. Pregnant travellers and those with poor cardiovascular fitness should skip this tour.
