What to expect

You'll arrive to prosecco and a spread of cheeses, cured meats, and olives. After settling in, your instructor walks you through making pasta dough by hand, kneading and rolling it into fettuccine sheets. Next comes the Alfredo: butter, cream, parmesan—simple ingredients, proper timing. Then you'll move to tiramisu, layering mascarpone, egg, coffee, and cocoa. While everything sets, the table gets dressed. You'll sit with your group to eat the pasta course, followed by your homemade tiramisu, all washed down with wine and a closing digestif of limoncello.
