About this tour
Learn to roll, cut and sauce fresh Roman pasta in a local chef's kitchen near Piazza Navona, then eat what you've made. Over two and a half hours, you'll master handmade fettuccine, tonnarelli or maltagliati, build a three-course meal from prosciutto through tiramisu, and work through unlimited Italian wine and limoncello. The chef walks you through technique in an unhurried, intimate setting where the focus stays on flavour and doing it properly.

What to expect
You'll start with a glass of prosecco, then move straight to the pasta bench. The chef shows you how to work flour and eggs into dough, then demonstrates rolling and cutting techniques specific to each pasta shape. You'll have your hands in the mix—literally—whilst learning what properly made pasta feels like. Once your pasta is ready, you'll prepare the sauce and sit down to eat it, followed by a cheese and cured meat course beforehand and tiramisu after. Wine flows throughout. Expect flour under your fingernails and a kitchen filled with the smell of good butter and Pecorino.
Good to know
Arrive with comfortable clothes you don't mind getting messy. The kitchen is a short walk from Piazza Navona; public transport is nearby but not included in the price. Children can attend, and infant seats are available if needed. You'll leave with the recipes and newfound confidence at the pasta board.
