What to expect
Day one involves transport to the cave entrance, a guided trek into Hang Over where you'll scramble over boulders and wade through sections, then abseil into Hang Pygmy's yawning mouth. You'll explore the cavern floor, swim in underground pools, and make camp inside the park at dusk. Day two reverses the route—swimming and scrambling back through Hang Over before ascending from Pygmy on ropes.
