You'll eat locally sourced dinners and breakfasts, sleep under stars, and navigate both water and terrain with qualified guides.

What to expect

Expect a genuine two-day wilderness experience, not a polished resort package. The first day is physically demanding—you'll be in the water for several hours, paddling through narrow canyon sections where the rock rises steeply on either side. After reaching camp, there's time to recover, shower, and help prepare the evening meal around the fire. That night you'll sleep in a tent at the water's edge. Day two starts early with breakfast, then moves into canyoning work: climbing down waterfalls, swimming through pools, and abseiling into deeper sections. It's technical but achievable with moderate fitness. Bring a good attitude to camp tasks and weather variations.

Good to know

Moderate to strong fitness essential—paddling and canyoning both demand stamina. Not suitable if pregnant, with spinal injuries, or poor cardiovascular health. Private transport included; public buses nearby if needed. Service animals welcome. Pack warm layers for evenings and a change of clothes for after water activities.
