About this tour

Jump from altitude over Rottnest Island with a tandem instructor, experiencing roughly a minute of freefall before parachuting down to a pristine beach. The package includes a same-day return ferry from Perth's Barrack Street, island entry, and professional guidance throughout. You'll see the WA coastline and Perth skyline on the flight up, then drift silently under parachute with unobstructed views across the island before landing on sand.

Highlights

  • 66 seconds of tandem freefall over turquoise waters
  • 5-minute parachute descent with island panoramas
  • Beach landing on one of Australia's most picturesque shores
  • Return ferry from central Perth included
  • Professional instructor and APF membership covered

What to expect

You'll catch the ferry from Barrack Street early morning and arrive at Rottnest within 30 minutes. After registration and a safety briefing, you'll board a small aircraft and climb to jumping altitude. The freefall is intense but brief—your instructor controls the descent. The parachute ride is the opposite: slow, quiet, and spectacular. You'll land on the beach, debrief with your instructor, then have time to explore the island or grab lunch before catching the ferry back to Perth. Total ground time on the island is roughly 2–3 hours.
