Get underwater in Spain with two guided dives designed for complete beginners, no certification required. You'll explore both confined and open water environments over two hours, discovering what diving feels like before committing to a full course. All equipment is provided. If you decide to pursue your Open Water certification within six months, your first official training dive counts toward the requirement.

What to expect

You'll start in controlled, shallow water where you'll learn basic breathing techniques and familiarise yourself with the equipment in a low-pressure setting. An instructor stays with you throughout. Once comfortable, you'll move to open water for your second dive, applying what you've learned in a real underwater environment. The whole experience takes two hours. Expect clear instruction, one-on-one attention, and a genuine sense of weightlessness beneath the surface—though it takes a few minutes to adjust to breathing underwater.

Good to know

Not suitable if you're pregnant or have cardiovascular concerns. All facilities and transport links are wheelchair accessible. Photos and videos aren't included, so bring an underwater camera if you want to document the experience.
