What to expect

You'll spend three days in and out of the water with your instructor, progressively tackling new techniques. Each day introduces fresh challenges—whether that's navigating a wreck, adjusting to low-light conditions, or mastering equipment like dive propulsion vehicles. The course moves at your pace; you're never rushing through skills you haven't grasped. Expect physical exertion and mental focus, particularly as you venture into deeper or more complex dive scenarios. Between sessions, there's time to rest and prepare for the next challenge.

Good to know

Diving insurance is compulsory in Tenerife (€7 daily or €15 weekly available). Don't dive within 24 hours of flying. All participants complete a health questionnaire—some conditions like asthma may disqualify you, so check with your doctor beforehand. Maximum eight people per booking. Bring your valid passport.
