What to expect
Your first day happens in a controlled pool environment where you'll master essential skills—clearing your mask, equalising pressure, breathing underwater—before tackling theory modules. Days two and three shift to real dive sites around Tenerife where you'll apply what you've learned at depth. Dives typically last 30–45 minutes and stay shallow enough for beginners. Good to know
