What to expect

You'll start with a safety briefing and basic paddling technique on the beach before heading onto the sheltered bay. The water stays calm here, so you'll spend less energy fighting conditions and more time actually enjoying the experience. As the sun descends, colours shift across the water and sky—bring a waterproof camera if you want to capture it. The session wraps as light gets low; bring a torch for the walk back if you're going in winter.

Good to know

You must be able to swim. Wetsuits are provided in winter; in summer (water above 22°C), bring your own if you want one. Not suitable if pregnant or with serious heart conditions. Bus stops are nearby for easy access.
