What to expect

The session splits into two parts. First, your host walks you through four Vietnamese coffee preparations, explaining the tools and ratios for each. You'll sip samples—the thick, sweetened white coffee; the frothy egg version; coconut variants—and chat about flavour differences. Then you move to the lantern station, where you'll assemble a silk frame, attach coloured panels, and add details. No experience needed; the instructor paces it so everyone finishes with something displayable.
